PGIP LLM Programme
The two-year Post Graduate Insolvency Programme (PGIP) – MA/LLM is a specialised academic programme in insolvency and restructuring offered by NLUD. The PGIP Certification is issued and authorised by the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI).

- • Structured pathway to becoming an Insolvency Professional (IP).
- • Reduces prior professional experience requirement from 10 years to 2 years.
- • Curriculum integrates legal, financial, and practical training through case-based teaching and workshops.
- • Classroom instruction and internship follow UGC and IBBI-prescribed guidelines.
Eligibility Requirements
- • Selection: Solely based on All India Entrance Test (AIET).
- • Education: Professional courses (CS, CA, Cost Accountancy, Law) OR Bachelor's in Technology/Engineering OR Post-graduate in Economics, Finance, Commerce, Management or Insolvency (min 50% marks).
- • Age Limit: Maximum 28 years.
- • Note: Candidates appearing/awaiting results can apply, subject to eligibility by cut-off date.
